Youth Application

Download and complete the Youth Application. We accept applications on a rolling basis.

You will need to provide a Photo ID and Right-to-Work document (Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, etc).
RYTMO Youth Application

Agencies, programs or representatives referring a youth to RYTMO should fill out this AGENCY REFERRAL form and submit it WITH with the youth application.

Tuition

Select a Tuition Plan that best fits within your budget. Tuition covers the costs of class materials and course programming. If you are low-income and might qualify for a scholarship, please indicate economic status on your application, then provide proof of income (i.e. paystubs, income statements, social security, federal benefits, and/or a written statement describing the nature of your economic hardship).

Payments can be made by Credit Card (PayPal), or Check/Cash at RYTMO Headquarters.

Attend a scheduled mandatory orientation. Class sessions are held 4 times a year (or every 3 months).
